I'm Shane and together with my girlfriend Louise we decided to share our hobby for good food.
On the blog you will find reviews of restaurants from around the world as we have spent time living in England and currently Singapore hence our fitting title of Tasting Places.
If you like you can view specific reviews from a certain country, for example if you are going on vacation there, as we will label the posts to make it easier :)
The blog is mostly fun and the reviews are our own experiences and tastes so don't take it personally.
I myself cook nearly every night and if possible try recipes from such places as Eleven Madison Park and Noma etc. so partly understand the effort that goes into the restaurant kitchen but again the reviews will be our own view on the food.
